Yesterday morning, CNN Newsroom anchor Ashleigh Banfield and CNN Headline News anchor Nancy Grace were discussing the Cleveland kidnapping case “via satellite,” which is a great way to communicate for those who aren’t standing in the same parking lot, and of course, they were. The setup was discovered after a viewer noticed same exact cars passing through both sides of the split-screen in the background and The Atlantic Wire also followed up with a shot-by-shot breakdown of the scene.

I gave up on PolitiFact a while back, and, since then, have on seen evidence it was the right idea. They can join CNN in their “the middle is where the truth is” bullshit.

Wow. They’re really grasping in order not to appear “partisan”.

You have to love how the right wing has made it where the truth gets held hostage because they’ll throw a fit over anything that flies in the face of their narrative, not matter how factual it is.

People on the Facebook post for this are still holding onto the idea that they are left-leaning.

Anything that presents facts that are contrary to right wing talking points are always painted as “left leaning”. :(

Politifact has been a joke for a long time. I used to make sure to read what they said about people I’m inclined to agree with (like Rachel Maddow or Jon Stewart) but the lengths they would go to declare a “half-true” were ridiculous.

But this is just @#$%ing offensive. They’re telling LGBT people in these 29 states that if they think they deserve not to worry about being fired for who they are, they should just find the right kind of job.

Once again, we have the privileged majority telling a minority group they’re just not working hard enough to get basic rights everybody else takes for granted.
